The Only New Year’s Resolution You Need

By January 5, 2015February 25th, 2021The Formative Years

Did you make one? C’mon…be honest. If you’re like most people you make a promise to yourself that you can’t keep. That’s okay. It doesn’t make you a bad person. We just all break into a new year with the best of intentions.

How about making a promise to yourself this year that you can keep. It’s very simple. Promise yourself that you’ll eliminate the negative shit that keeps you down and is hindering your progression and concentrate on amplifying the things that matter. That’s it. No big ceremony. Just do that.

Simon Sinek has given us many compelling quotes. The one below exemplifies my “resolution” for 2015.

My 2015 will be much different. I’m going to amplify the hell out of what I’m passionate about. I’m done with anything that doesn’t improve my family’s lives and my own. That’s a resolution that I know I can keep.

How about you?
